Production assistants assist the production team in the day-to-day running of a project.
At Mytholite, our production assistants are critical to keeping projects on track and motivating the production team to meet their targets ahead of deadlines.
While some technical knowledge of how games are made would play an advantage in this role, no prior knowledge or experience is required. You would liaise with project leads to set targets based on existing roadmaps and ensure those targets are met by the production team.
You will be a key part in managing projects in collaboration with the production team, and assisting in communication between production departments.
While this role is initially advertised as ‘voluntary’, we are looking to build a team of passionate individuals to bring into the second phase of Mytholite Games. Any member of the team who joins in the first phase of the company in a voluntary capacity will be offered shares in the company and a paid full-time position when we transition into phase-two.
